Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • salt (pinch)
  • black pepper (pinch)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 white onion (diced)
  • 1 cup Wellshire Spiral Sliced Ham (or your favorite Wellshire ham) (diced)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  3. On stove on medium-low heat, melt butter in a cast iron (or oven-proof) skillet. Once butter is melted, add diced peppers and onions until cooked down.
  4. Once peppers and onions are cooked, add egg mixture over top of the heated skillet. Then sprinkle diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Set remaining shredded cheese aside.
  5. Bake skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Add remaining shredded cheese to the top and bake for another minute or until cheese is melted on top.
  6. Cut cooked frittata into sections, add salt and pepper to taste and serve! Enjoy with your family!
