Ingredients

  • 1 package Wellshire Kielbasa
  • broccoli, carrots, potatoes, green beans (any other vegetables you enjoy), peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease baking pan.
  2. Place kielbasa and veggies on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper to coat them.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until tender.
