Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of Wellshire bacon, crumbled

Directions

  1. Cook slices of bacon in a pan on the stove until desired crispness. Crumble and set aside.
  2. Cut avocados in half longways and remove the pit.
  3. Place avocados on baking sheet. Break an egg into each avocado half and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake for about 15 minutes, until eggs are cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and enjoy!
