Ingredients

  • 4 slices Wellshire Thick Sliced Bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 biscuits, halved

Directions

  1. Chop bacon into small pieces, cook until crisp. Set aside and let drain on a paper towel.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour whisked eggs into a sprayed frying pan. Add shredded cheese.
  4. As the eggs begin to set, use a spatula to break up the eggs and scramble them.
  5. Add chopped bacon to the scrambled eggs.
  6. Toast the biscuits. Spoon scrambled eggs evenly into the four biscuits.
  7. Add condiments if desired.
