Place eggs in a medium size pot. Fill with water, so that the eggs are all covered. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let eggs boil for 10-12 minutes.
Drain and run eggs under cold water until cooled.
Crack and peel eggs then slice each egg in half, removing the yolk.
In a small bowl, mix together 4 tbsp of bacon bits, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard until smooth.
Place mixture into pastry bag (or use a Ziploc bag with a corner cut off) and pipe onto the egg whites. Sprinkle remaining bacon bits on top.
