Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Bacon Bits
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 tsp yellow mustard

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a medium size pot. Fill with water, so that the eggs are all covered. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let eggs boil for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain and run eggs under cold water until cooled.
  3. Crack and peel eggs then slice each egg in half, removing the yolk.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together 4 tbsp of bacon bits, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard until smooth.
  5. Place mixture into pastry bag (or use a Ziploc bag with a corner cut off) and pipe onto the egg whites. Sprinkle remaining bacon bits on top.
