Ingredients
1 cup milk
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Wellshire Bacon Bits
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Combine milk, butter, and egg in a medium size bowl. Add flour and baking powder, stir until mixed together.
Add cheese and bacon bits and stir until distributed.
Fill muffin cups about 3/4 of the way with the batter. Sprinkle bacon bits on the top of each muffin. Bake for 20 minutes, until the tops of the muffins start lightly browning.
