Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz radishes quartered
  • 12 oz brussels sprouts quartered, outer leaves peeled
  • 1 package Wellshire Sugar Free Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh, chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare bacon using your favorite method. Chop and set aside.
  2. Place vegetables in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the oil and toss.
  4. Heat oven to 425F.
  5. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread veggies over pan. Roast for 25 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from oven. Mix bacon into vegetables. Season to taste. Top with freshly chopped dill. Enjoy warm
