Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 tbsp plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 package of Wellshire Thick Sliced Bacon, cook per package instructions and chop

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Boil potatoes in a large pot until softened, for about 12 minutes. Drain the water and mash the potatoes until smooth.
  3. Add milk and butter and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mashed potatoes into a greased baking dish.
  5. Mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped bacon in a small separate bowl. Spread this over the mashed potatoes evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until the edges start to crisp. Dish out and enjoy!
