Ingredients

  • 1 lb. potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package of Wellshire sausage, sliced
  • 1 package of Wellshire Premium Beef Franks, sliced
  • Optional – any other ingredients you want to include (zucchini, mushroom, peppers, tomatoes)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, toss together cubed potatoes, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 30 until tender.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Take a metal skewer and slide on hot dog and sausage slices, alternating. Include other ingredients if desired.
  6. Place skewers on the grill. Grill for 10 minutes or until tender, turning to make sure all sides are cooked.
  7. Remove from the grill. Add roasted potatoes to skewer and serve.
