Ingredients
4 peaches
16 slices of Wellshire bacon
basil leaves
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut all peaches in half and then in half again to create 4 slices from each peach.
Cut all bacon strips in half.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place a basil leaf on top of peach slice and wrap bacon around the slice. Place wrapped peaches on baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is cooked to desired crispness.
Remove slices from baking sheet and let cool. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over each slice.
