Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • ¾ cup mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pack Wellshire Bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a big bowl.
  3. Beat together sugar and butter in a separate bowl. Then add bananas, eggs, and vanilla and continue to beat until combined.
  4. Slowly add in flour mixture and beat.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and crumbled bacon.
  6. Drop spoonful of dough on greased sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges golden.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
