We love packing our salad in mason jars this summer! It’s a perfect way to store your salad creations and also easily take it on the go. Pack it up for a picnic or keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it. Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad is a great to go lunch option! Ingredients

3 slices Wellshire Organic Sugar Free Turkey Bacon chopped
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1/2 cup cooked chicken diced
1/2 avocado sliced
grape tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mixed salad greens

Directions

Cook bacon per package instructions.
Pour dressing into the bottom of a mason jar.
Add ingredients to the mason jar in the following order: chicken, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
Pack the top of the jar with the salad greens. Seal the mason jar and store in the fridge.
When ready to eat, shake the jar to distribute dressing, then pour the salad out onto a plate. Enjoy!
